Our Story

Our Founder Director Mr.VijayMandlik,a HR Professional started his Journey working in Manufacturing Sector in the year 1996 .Having worked in corporate sector and his urge to do something on his own, especially for youth by providing them work. Hestarted hisentrepreneurial journey in the year 1999, by opening a small Office in PimpriChinchwad area of Pune providing employment to youths.

By his sheer vision and girt this small enterprise started in the name of INDUMATI ENTERPRISE blossomed into a private limited company as INDUMATI HR FACILITIES PRIVATE LIMITED, in the year 2001 with base in PUNE.INDUMATI HR FACILITIES is involved in outsourcing Manpower of various categories such as Managerialstaff, White and Blue Collar works in various sectors such as Manufacturing, Service,Security, Hospitality, educational institutes etc.

INDUMATI HR over a period of two decades with its impeccable knack of providing Right Person for Right job has craved its niche in business world .It has Pan India presence having branch offices in various cities across India.INDUMATI HR is known for its adherence to various Statutes.
